Are Information Asset Management and IT Asset Management Different?

Yes, they are different. While both involve managing assets within an organization, their focus and objectives vary significantly.

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

Is the paid version of Power Apps necessary?

ISMaster can be used with the standard version of Microsoft 365 (Business or E3 or higher). However, if you require more strict access management and availability, we recommend using the paid version of PowerApps.

Is the installation process done remotely?

Access will be granted via Microsoft 365 conditional access or Intune (MDM). We will provide support for removing access restrictions.
For those who wish to have the work done on-site, travel expenses will be estimated separately.
